Since our acquisition of Harland Simon UPS to form AMP Power Protection in 2020, our UPS solutions come Harland ProtectUPS® certified to provide an uninterruptable power in harsh environments across the Marine, Defence and Transport industries. Since then, AMP Power Protection have been acquired by Addtech, and we maintain a working relationship and access to their range of rugged uninterruptible power supplies.
Marine: AMP Power Protection specialise in manufacturing of UPS systems in accordance with the marine approval body such as Lloyd’s & DNV. Covers various choice of input/output, AC voltages, power ratings, and autonomies. Integrated within an enclosure in accordance with any quality standard you could need.
Defence: Using COTS products AMP Power Protection specialise in manufacturing AC and DC power supplies for Defence applications in both Land and Sea. Designed in house by specialists to cover EMC, Shock, Vibration and all special connections.
Transport: Providing many harsh environment power solutions suitable for transport infrastructure such as rail and road applications such as level crossings or traffic lights.
