AMP Procurement receive JOSCAR Accreditation with Hellios

AMP Procurement are pleased to announce we have successfully attained JOSCAR—(Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) accreditation, used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to prequalify suppliers.

JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business” – so AMP are delighted to have received the stamp of approval.

The system was established following an initiative led by ADS Group and includes a growing number of prime contractors as registered buyers such as;

JOSCAR reduces the time, cost, resources, and duplication as suppliers provide information to major customers. In turn, it allows organizations to make procurement decisions more quickly and easily.

ABOUT AMP PROCUREMENT

AMP Procurement provides supply chain management services to a range of customers. Principally operating within the defence sector, we also provides services to various government agencies including social housing projects and the NHS.

AMP was formed in September 2016, with a vision to enter government procurement after an MOD Bulletin inviting new SME into the space, who would offer a value for money approach. Contract 271 was awarded with BAE systems in October 2017.

The company achieved ISO9001 in October 2017 and this accreditation was renewed in April 2019 – with zero NCR’s reported from BAE systems in the audit. The founders have vast experience in both Procurement and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – and are committed to providing outstanding client service.
